Cost
The entry fee is £150 per team, to include camping for both nights.
Teams Arriving Friday Night
The clubhouse will be open from 5pm on Friday night for teams staying for the full two nights. The bar will be open and food will be on sale from 5pm with entertainment in the marquee kicking off at around 7.30pm. The clubhouse and bar will close at 1am.
Cash
Contactless/chip & pin card payments and apple pay will be available at the bars. No cash back will be offered.
Showers
There are showering facilities at the club. Sorry, we cannot provide constant hot water throughout the weekend. To try to make sure hot water is available, please observe the shower hours. Details will be available on the doors of the changing rooms and in the clubhouse.
Transport
Parking is limited at the club, so please bring as few cars as possible. It is not possible to park your cars by your tent so please park in your allocated space and carry your things to your tent. This is all on the same training pitch so is not far away!
Camping
Each team will be allocated an area for camping. These will be marked out for you so please bring as few tents as possible due to the numbers wishing to camp. Please let me know roughly how many tents you will be bringing so we can size an area accordingly. Please do not use the spare camping areas on the Friday night as these are reserved for teams who are camping on the Saturday night only.
Entertainment
There will be a range of cask ales in the marquee on Friday night, along with music and entertainment, and DJ in the marquee and karoke in the clubhouse on Saturday night with fancy dress "TBC". The team with the best costume will win a prize to be presented with the tournament prizes on Sunday.
The clubhouse bar will close at 1.30am and the marquee bar will close at 2am.
Food and Drink
Breakfast (bacon rolls, tea and coffee) will be on sale in the clubhouse from 0800 on Saturday and Sunday. Packed lunches will be available from the clubhouse on the Saturday as well as burgers and hot dogs from the BBQ for lunch. Hot food will be available to buy throughout the afternoon and evening from vendors at the event. Drinks will be on sale from the clubhouse bar and the marquee and from Mixtales, who will provide bespoke cocktails if beer and shots aren't your thing.
First Aid
First aid cover will be provided at the event but we would request that all teams bring adequate first aid supplies/qualified 1st-aider.
For safety reasons no camp fires or BBQ's will be permitted at the club. This is health and safety requirement. Please observe this as we do not want the club volunteers to have to ask you to stop.
Valuables
Please leave all items of value at home. Your belongings are your own responsibility over the weekend.
Nottingham Casuals RFC is not liable for any damages or losses to personal possessions.
